A facade ordinance is a law passed by local authorities that requires certain buildings to have their facade inspected. In order to have your facade inspected you require facade access equipment. While it is common for contractors to provide temporary equipment such as a working platform they do require permanent fixtures within the buildings structure such as anchor points.
